Supporting Our Local Communities Through Volunteering
At ILA-Wales CIC, we believe in the power of working together to create positive change. As part of Project 27, our amazing volunteers give back by supporting ten different like-minded organisations across South Wales.
By sharing our time, skills, and energy, we help strengthen local networks, protect the environment, and support diverse communities in Swansea, Llanelli, and surrounding areas.
Key Community Partners We Work With
Through this initiative, our volunteers collaborate with a wide range of inspiring local groups, including:
- Swansea Multicultural Hub & Llanelli Multicultural Hub – Promoting diversity and bringing local people together.
- Swansea Environment Centre & Cae Felin – Supporting sustainability and local green initiatives.
- Swansea Stadium & Sketty Park Community Centre – Encouraging active, inclusive, and connected community spaces.
- SASS (Swansea Asylum Seekers Support) & EYST (Ethnic Minorities & Youth Support Team Wales) – Empowering young people and welcoming sanctuary seekers.
- African Community Centre & Women’s Institute – Building strong, supportive, and safe spaces for all.
