Creative Young People Designing and Sewing Waistcoats

Project Reference: Part of Project 19

The HarMINDise Project in Swansea gives young people the opportunity to be creative and learn new skills. During the workshops, participants design and sew their own waistcoats. They can choose colours, fabrics and patterns to create something personal and unique. The project helps young people develop their creativity, confidence and practical skills. Working together in the community also allows them to share ideas and support each other. Sewing can be a fun way to express yourself while learning something useful. The workshops create a friendly and welcoming environment where everyone can take part. HarMINDise shows that creativity can bring young people together and help them feel proud of what they make.
