Wellbeing Project Inside & Out for Asylum Seekers and Refugees
The wellbeing project “Inside & Out”, supported by Swansea Bay University Health Board, West Glamorgan Partnership, and the Welsh Government, aims to improve the mental health and resilience of asylum seekers and refugees.
This joint initiative is delivered in partnership with OASIS Cardiff and the MindSpring Programme. It is now running in Swansea, led by ILA-WALES Director Carlos Ibarra and member Sandra López.
The sessions began on Thursday 22 May 2025 at the SCVS Training Room, with seven more sessions planned.
This new phase builds on the previous edition, successfully completed in September 2024.
